It is absolutely essential that the HR departments of member companies can depend on prompt information regarding current legislative developments. To this end the Employers’ Association has developed a proven information base for its members. Member companies receive timely news updates about all relevant current developments in the fields of labour, social insurance and tax law both at the national and the European level.
The management of the Employers’ Association provides up-to-date practice guidelines to members particularly with regard to nascent legislative initiatives and their effects. These are taken note of with great interest and used by the companies as a leitmotif in their internal process design. On several occasions, conflicts have been practically resolved through the systematic positioning of the Employers’ Association – to create in certain legal areas a "normative force of facts" – and this has also influenced the assessment of auditors in certain circumstances.
