The health of employees is a major concern for employers in the insurance sector.

Its importance has been acknowledged within the industry and the companies devote a great deal of time to employee health. According to the findings of the AGV survey on healthcare management in 2013, Occupational Health Management (OHM) has existed in approximately two thirds of the insurance companies for more than five years. Offers and services focusing on healthcare are available to all employees in the companies.

The AGV brochure „Occupational Health Management in the Insurance Sector“ presents comprehensive sector information regarding the insurers’ commitment, providing insights into 28 individual experiences with healthcare management in insurance companies. The results of the AGV survey on the topic are also presented. The extensive statistical data give an excellent overview of the healthcare services provided by the insurance companies.
